This is the purchase of a half hog in which we will deliver to Daily Meats Processing or Cypress Valley. Not all half hog shares will get the choice of processing facility. Choice of processing facility is only for whole hogs.
You as the purchaser are responsible for processing fees and pick up from the processor. We will be in contact with you via phone at least one month prior to processing to discuss details of the purchase (i.e. which facility, processing date, etc.).
