Yes and no. Whole lamb pricing includes processing. Whole and half hog pricing does not include processing because it is processed as custom exempt.

Typical turnaround time is up to two weeks and sometimes as short as five days. This is dependent on where your animal is processed, how busy the processor currently is, and what cuts you have requested.

Our typical processing facilities are Daily Meats Processing in Scranton and Cypress Valley in Pottsville. Delivery to these two facilities have no additional charge. We will deliver to your butcher of choice for a fee of $1.00 per mile round trip, and within 1 hour of our physical address in Subiaco, AR.

Inspected processing is intended for meat that will be resold to customers. The animal is processed under inspection, allowing us to sell the finished cuts of meat by the pound. Custom exempt processing is different because the animal is sold directly to you, the customer, before it is processed. We provide the service of delivering to the processor the majority of the time. You then pay the processor to provide the processing service. Because the meat is custom processed for the “owner”, it cannot be resold.
